Integration and collaboration with cross-functional international team working on recently released AR glasses (Meta Rayban Display).

• Defined and implemented product assembly strategies (DFA/DFM/process flow) across engineering builds while contributing to factory layout planning and new production floor construction, including cleanroom design for particle and air management:
• Managed project budgets (10M+ Capex/Opex) to ensure smooth execution from development through ramp. Collaboration with international supplier for high precision assembly automation industrialization from feasibility to mass production.
• Traveled for multiple weeks to Europe, US and China for workshops, technical discussions, program reviews, activities planning and machine deployments.

Development of C# HMI/SCADA applications for automation machines (PLC, robot, vision). Collaboration and support to external suppliers for development and integration of libraries, production tools, and custom solutions.

• Developed a new modular architecture using WPF framework in C# following MVVM paradigm, parameter-file support, OPC UA communication and structured logging to improve maintainability, simulation, and testing of a legacy codebase.
• Contributed to computer vision applications using Smart and GigE cameras for robot guidance, object picking, part identification and precise coordination in automated system;
• Worked with SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL for production data monitoring through web services and SQL-based communication. Integrated RFID and other DPM technologies (QR code, Datamatrix, etc.) for robust asset traceability.

Acquired experience in the calibration and characterization processes of depth cameras. Experienced Agile development and Scrum methodologies within a multicultural team in a fast paced startup environment.

• Enhanced the C++ based camera calibration pipeline working on corners detection and utilization of multiple targets at the same time to speed up the process in a production environment;
• Implemented characterization tests to verify the overall camera quality using Python libraries and working with physical setup of rails and detection targets;
• Developed a simulator in Python to evaluate synthetic calibration targets positioning in the scene and accelerate the prototyping cycle through parallel evaluation of multiple scenarios.
